Recently, at a staff away day, I was disturbed to observe that the team did not seem to be taking the auspicious event seriously. There were moments of giggling and not the usual focus I had grown to admire in them. 2 hours later, Jowel our QA Manager cried 'Bingo!'. They had been playing 'Phil Bingo'. It was then that I realised I needed this.
