Kerli works at Skype. I have met her a few times and she is an extraordinary ball of energy that zooms round Tallin in her car making things happen and getting things done. She was also the voice behind Skype's test Echo 123 service which has just been changed to a cheesy corporate voice. Its like the actors in Star Wars pretending to be English. Why do companies lose their spirit as they grow?
