I am not sure what I think about this comment:
What all the DRM dreamers don’t want to admit is that 95% or more of the population hasn’t yet encountered DRM, and when they do, they aren’t going to like it. They’re going to scream and scream and scream and get mad as hell and not take it any more.
It is the intuitive prediction for I am sure even the hardest media company executive does not 'enjoy' using DRM as they once enjoyed throwing an LP onto a turntable or grabbing a CD from their collection and playing it in the car on the way to work. Its a royal pain and I have to believe that most people know it.
But then changes like this happen slowly, and consumers don't notice as they happen. There's another part of me that is confident that DRM will rule, and few will notice its coming.
