I think there are many of use watching Google quite carefully, waiting for it to cross a line. The line approaches as they monitor click-throughs and gain the capability of watching how you use your computer more generally. If any other company had release a toolbar that did what the new Google toolbar does, it would have been immediately dubbed ‘spyware’.
